The Mood Disorders Support Group of Guelph is an inclusive, non-profit, self-help organization

Our purpose is:

• To meet and share experiences in support of one another
• To Inform and educate ourselves, professionals and the public
• To eliminate discrimination and social stigma surrounding mental illness
• To work with community partners

The Mood Disorders Support Group of Guelph meets each Tuesday in downtown Guelph.  The meetings are located at 40 Baker Street (see map) in downtown Guelph and begin at 7pm.  We are finished by 9 pm

At each meeting, we discuss one or more topics relating to the challenges of living with a mood disorder. Family members and loved ones of those affected with mood disorders are welcome to attend
