** GROUP SCHEDULE (DETAILED) **

Guests and Family/Support persons are always welcome to attend.  Occasionally at our meetings, we may have a varied program such as a guest speaker or a hobbies night.

In addition, we normally meet at Angel’s Diner (Wellington & Gordon near Franco’s Barber Shop) and Diana Downtown (near the Wellington Building) on different Thursdays (see detail below) for lunch — For those who are able, we then go for a walk afterward (weather permitting), finishing up at approximately 3 pm.


PLEASE NOTE: OUR MEETING PLACE IS 10C (SHARED SPACE),

Our meetings are 7 to 9 pm; the format of our meetings has not changed, just the location


  • Thursday, February 28 — Lunch at Diana Downtown (Near the Wellington Building on Wyndham Street North in Downtown Guelph) for lunch, a social outing and perhaps a walk (weather permitting). We gather at Diana’s at 1 pm.

  • Tuesday, March 5 — Regular Support Meeting at 10C in the third-floor meeting room (physical address: 42 Carden Street across from City hall) 7 to 9 p.m.  Anyone suffering from a mood disorder as well as the family and friends that supports them is welcome.

  • Tuesday, March 12 — Regular Support Meeting at 10C in the third-floor meeting room (physical address: 42 Carden Street across from City hall) 7 to 9 p.m.  Tonight we welcome Peter Curtis, Disability Tax Consultant, as our Guest Speaker. Anyone suffering from a mood disorder as well as the family and friends that supports them is welcome.
