The Mood Disorders Support Group of Guelph meets each Tuesday in downtown Guelph. The meetings are at 10C (Shared Space, the physical address is 42 Carden Street beside Eric the Baker) in downtown Guelph and begin at 7 pm.

Our meetings are normally finished by 9 pm

At each meeting, we discuss one or more topics relating to the challenges of living with a mental illness. From time to time, we have a guest speaker. Family members and loved ones of those affected with mental illness are always welcome to attend
